Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been given the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award from DealerRater. Each year, DealerRater.com, the world’s leading car dealer review website, recognizes a select number of car dealerships in each state with this honor. We received the 2016 award for Ram only. This year we received the award in all four categories we qualified for — Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands — for Arkansas.
In addition to winning the 2017 Dealer of the Year Award, Steve Landers CDJR has been given the Consumer Satisfaction Award for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. The Consumer Satisfaction Award is intended to compliment the Dealer of the Year Award and given to the top 10 percent of U.S. dealerships based on a score which is determined by a Bayesian algorithm.
